Christie’s International Real Estate returns to Singapore

International luxury realty firm Christie’s International Realty introduced on August 22 that it has already officially released in Singapore. This is not the very first time Christie’s International Property opened up an office in Singapore. In 2017, it entered into the former SQFT Nexus, started by its Singaporean proprietor and managing director, Dave Loo. However, it subsequently closed up in early on 2019.

The firm is functioning from a recently reconditioned historic shophouse on China Street in the CBD. It is going to specialize in residential brokerage house services, aiming on Singapore’s luxury realty market. The firm will even support Singapore-based funding, both private and institutional, with global realty investment opportunities with the brand’s global network in nearly 50 countries and regions.

” The existing dynamism and possibility in Singapore’s high-end home real estate industry, combined with the raising requirement for worldwide investment opportunities from both private and institutional resources based in Singapore, builds this the perfect time to reintroduce the Christie’s International Property brand below,” states Himmat Singh.

Harmeet Singh Bedi says: “Singapore is a tight-knit, extremely capitalised, and brand-conscious high-end property market, with purchasers and vendors that anticipate the highest degree of service– precisely what Christie’s International Property provides.”

They will be signed up with by Himmat Singh that will serve as joint handling supervisor, and Rohini Singh as director. Both are long-time owners of Christie’s International Property’s affiliate in India, and have more than 25 years of experience in deluxe real property.

The Singapore affiliate signs up with the firm’s existing networks all over Asia, featuring in India, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Dubai.

This time, Christie’s International Real Estate Singapore is going to function under new control and administration, led by Singapore-based Harmeet Singh Bedi as managing supervisor and Dipika Bedi as director. Harmeet Singh Bedi, previous chief executive officer of Singapore-based Prime United States REIT Management, carries over three decades of banking and real estate investment administration expertise with him. Dipika Bedi has over twenty years of expertise in advertising and marketing, advertising, art sales, and occasion administration.

The international realty agency keeps a close relationship with Christie’s auction residence for the sale of art and high-end goods, including wine and watches, offering clients access to special marketing alliances and an association with the auction house.
