Community gardens, murals among ground-up projects to liven up HDB towns, public spaces via Lively Places Fund
A shared initiative by the Housing Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority, the fund aims to encourage locals, designers and artists to launch projects that stimulate public spaces in HDB estates and throughout the nation to bring many people closely and produce friendly and dynamic areas.
