The new hotels will include in Hilton’s remaining accounts of over 170 luxury and lifestyle hotels that are currently working in Apac, taking it nearer to its target of exceeding 250 hotels in the coming years.

On the other hand, Signia by Hilton Tainan, positioned in Taiwan, is a 344-key property readied to start in July this year. The introduction of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will deliver Hilton’s overall presence in Apac to 16 labels– over half of its 27-brand profile.

Some other brand launch consist of Canopy, which will release its first Southeast Asia property with the 174-room Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit. Elsewhere, Curio Collection by Hilton and LXR Hotels & Resorts are equally schedule to make their South Asian launches with estates in Bengaluru.

“Asia Pacific remains a strong development engine for Hilton, and this newest wave of label entries shows the strong need we are seeing from proprietors for differentiated, high-performing labels,” says Alan Watts, president of Hilton, Asia Pacific.

Two of the companies building their debut are totally brand-new to the Apac area: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was appointed by UOL Group to take care of NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the former Faber House spot along Orchard Roadway. According to UOL Group’s annual report published in early April, the resort is arranged to start in the 2nd half of 2026.

Beyond the brand debuts, Hilton has also authorized several other brand-new real estates across its luxury and lifestyle labels this year. These consist of two brand new LXR Hotels & Resorts buildings in Japan’s Tokyo and Hakone Gora, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Chiang Mai, and a Waldorf Astoria resort in Goa, India.

In Malaysia, Hilton will present the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad brands with two fresh buildings in Kuala Lumpur that are both scheduled to begin by the end of 2026. On the other hand, Vietnam will observe its first Tapestry Collection by Hilton with NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, assumed to open in August this year.

International hospitality team Hilton is readied to debut 8 brands under its high-end and lifestyle section all around various Asia Pacific (Apac) markets this year. In an April 27 bulletin, the team claimed beyond 15 openings are planned for the area under this section in 2026.
