The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
Productive strategies to expand its Apac folder by more than 50% over the next 12 months, including the opening of 3 new areas in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a wider international growth, with the company intending to open over 60 brand-new areas worldwide in 2026.
The rebrand comes four years after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– obtained homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained complete control of Industrious in January 2025.
The Great Room presently operates 7 locations in Singapore, consisting of workspaces at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.
The action will combine Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) locations, previously operating under The Great Room, right into its global network, the firm stated in a June 17 release.

The Great Room also currently runs 2 places in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.
